About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to support the accurate and timely processing of customer and distributor orders. In this role, you'll help ensure a smooth order fulfillment process by maintaining accurate records, providing order updates, resolving routine inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our Sales team.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales support, customer operations, or the electronics manufacturing industry.
What You'll Do
- Process customer and distributor orders, order changes, expedite requests, and return authorizations.
- Provide updates on order status, lead times, shipments, and routine order inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer, account, and order information in company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely order fulfillment and resolve order-related issues.
- Prepare reports, status updates, and account information for customers and the Sales team.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service and support shared priorities.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
- A positive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach to work.
