Cross-Border Midwest Short-Haul Class 1/AZ Driver
About this role
$750 Sign on Bonus. Earn an avg. of $7150/month. Bison Drivers are paid every week, on time! This position requires you to be on the road 5 to 7 days at a time, averaging 2,500 miles per week. Primarily running open-board Canada/U.S. in Ontario, Quebec, and the Midwest U.S.
- Must be willing to drive in all Canadian Provinces and U.S. States to support varying customer and freight requirements
- Must be willing to drive in the Northeast U.S. if required
- Regional freight will be required
- Required to drive Highway 17 in Ontario 12 months a year
- Ability to pull refrigerated freight if available
- Must be able to haul all commodities including meat and alcohol
Candidate Profile:
- Company Driver with 24 months tractor-trailer experience
- Must be U.S. qualified
- Must have a minimum of 6 months U.S. driving experience
- Must have a valid Class 1/AZ license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more, Driver assist is required on occasion
- Reliable, flexible, and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Values safety
