Salesforce Functional Tester/QA (Senior QA/Tester):
Experience: 4-6 years (min 3 years relevant in Salesforce)
- Must have good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities
- Should have Automotive or Manufacturing domain processes experience
- Should have good understanding of Dealer management, Service management and Order management related processes.
- Must have experience of requirement analysis, test case creation, regression testing, test cases documentation
- Must have experience in testing functionalities as per requirement, capturing and documenting bugs/issues.
- Must have experience scripting test scenarios for salesforce applications
- Should have good understanding tools available for creation and execution of test cases.
- Should have experience in Designing, Executing and analysing automation test scripts & test results for Salesforce applications
- Should have experience in designing and creating test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases
- Should be able to use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
- Should be able to document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA
- Should be able to support during production deployment of applications and perform “validation testing”
