Technical Consultant – Fresh Service (ITSM, Integrations, Discovery) – 5B-Subcon hiring (India)
- Candidate has to conduct a detailed assessment of current ITSM processes, service Catalog , CMDB, IAM and monitoring integrations, reports, automations, customizations and data inventory.
- Also work with ServiceNow consultant to support and evaluate the migration readiness of a Freshservice source environment and a ServiceNow target environment.
