Retail Operations Service Specialist - Business Systems (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform standardized administrative tasks in SAP, POS systems, and connected applications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date system configurations.
• Handle service tickets and system-related requests from stores, analyze basic issues, and independently identify appropriate solutions.
• Support stores with standard day-to-day system issues as well as system-related activities during store openings, refurbishments, and closures.
• Set up and deactivate POS users, including maintaining audit-compliant documentation.
• Process inventory transactions and stock adjustments, and support inventory preparation and system-related inventory processes.
• Maintain work instructions and system documentation, and support audits by providing relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable compliance requirements.

YOUR PROFILE

• Initial professional experience in a comparable role.
• Good knowledge and a strong understanding of retail processes, including inventory movements, POS processes, and payment procedures.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a high level of process and quality awareness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, combined with a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach.
• Initial experience with ERP and POS systems as well as ticketing systems; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Very good proficiency in Microsoft 365 is preferred.
• Good written and spoken German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
