What You’ll Do:

  • Own the day-to-day operation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support for the site manufacturing network and systems infrastructure.

  • Serve as the escalation point for complex MCN infrastructure incidents and lead root cause analysis through closure.

  • Engineer, implement, and maintain network and systems changes in alignment with Biogen's change management, cybersecurity, GxP, and infrastructure standards.

  • Monitor platform health, capacity, performance, availability, security posture, and service levels.

  • Produce operational reporting and use trend data to identify reliability, resiliency, maintainability, and risk-reduction opportunities.

  • Partner with manufacturing, automation, lab support, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to plan and deliver enhancements, refreshes, incident-prevention actions, and technical standards.

  • Support validated manufacturing environments by ensuring platform configuration, documentation, and operational controls remain current.

  • Work across a diverse infrastructure environment including technologies such as Nutanix, Cisco, Arista, F5, SailPoint, Veritas, Windows and Linux platforms, supporting both operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

You possess a strong technical acumen, allowing you to effectively manage and troubleshoot complex network and systems infrastructure. Your proactive nature drives you to identify and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations. You thrive in collaborative environments, seamlessly working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that documentation and operational controls are consistently maintained. You are adaptable and prepared to provide support during off-hours or on-call situations, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining operational excellence.

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.

  • Significant and proven experience supporting heterogeneous network and systems infrastructure.
