Job Summary

The Director of Product Strategy and Go-to-Market will report to the VP of Product, and work closely with Customer Success and Sales leadership and working teams. Their primary responsibilities will be:

  1. Drive the standardization, refinement, and evolution of BinSentry’s proprietary Return on Investment (ROI) framework across various customers and product areas. Put the framework into practice in new and renewal customer conversations, supporting the Sales and Customer Success teams in their efforts to track and calculate detailed ROI for customers across pilots and full deployments.
  2. Build, grow, and maintain a Voice of Customer database, including feature or product requests for potential future BinSentry products, as well as case studies for successful value creation from existing BinSentry features and products.
  3. Build, grow, and maintain a competitive landscape, staying current on the evolution of the market in direct and indirect competitive products and feeding insights back into the Product Roadmap.
  4. Guide the evolution of the Product Roadmap and Product Development Processes based on insights and developments from the above responsibilities.

Job Duties

  • Own the ROI Framework and partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to apply it to customers’ experience
  • Collect feedback from customers, Customer Success, Sales, Ops, and other stakeholders to inform all areas of ownership (ROI, Voice of Customer, Competitive Landscape, and Roadmap).
  • Drive continuous improvement in product development, including developing and maintaining templates, processes, tools, and more

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or product in technology and/or industrial markets (agriculture and/or hardware-enabled SaaS Preferred)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in management consulting or banking preferred but not required
  • Experience in VC-backed startups or growth-stage PE-backed companies preferred

Working Conditions

  • Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Overtime as required.
