Au cours des 10 dernières années, nous avons ouvert les portes de 36 restaurants en Europe (France, Principauté de Monaco, Royaume-Uni, Espagne, Allemagne, Italie, Belgique et Irlande), aux Émirats Arabes Unis (Dubaï) et au Mexique (Mexico City).

Pour notre restaurant Splendido, nous recherchons Junior & Sous Chefs qui deviendront les leaders et Chefs de demain.
Tes principales missions :
DE LA CRÉATION À LA RÉALISATION DU PLAT
Participe au processus de changement de menu avec les Chefs Exécutifs, en contribuant à une expérience culinaire unique.
La rapidité et la précision au pass doivent être ta signature ;
Assure-toi que chaque plat soit parfait, en respectant les recettes et les standards du Groupe.
EFFICACITÉ OPÉRATIONNELLE
Tu es le bras droit du Chef pour garantir que tout soit impeccable : respect des normes d’hygiène, équipe soignée et contrôles toujours en phase avec les objectifs ;
Gère les coûts des denrées comme un véritable leader : zéro gaspillage, inventaires parfaits, commandes toujours ponctuelles ;
Planifie, organise et dirige la brigade avec énergie et précision.
LE SUCCÈS NAÎT DU TRAVAIL D’ÉQUIPE
Forme et accompagne ton équipe au quotidien, en transmettant passion et professionnalisme ;
Construis ton Équipe : ton leadership crée l’harmonie et rend l’environnement de travail stimulant et positif.
