Join our team as a Bone Cutter & Production Team Member in our Stage 1 - Grinding Department, where you’ll help prepare bones and premium raw dog food that pet parents trust and dogs love.

This role is eligible for a wage progression: Starting rate is $22/hour, $23 at 6 months, $24 at 12 months and annual reviews thereafter. This role is also eligible for Group Insurance Benefits, a Company Performance Bonus, Discounted Pet Food, Employee Events, and more.
- Cut various sizes of animal bones using a bandsaw with precision and safety
- Inspect raw materials and finished product to ensure quality standards
- Operate grinding equipment and prepare raw meat and ingredients for production
- Move materials using a walkie pallet truck
- Record lot and batch information for HACCP traceability
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas following sanitation procedures
- Follow GMPs, HACCP protocols, and all food safety and health & safety standards
What You Have:
- Experience as a meat cutter, butcher, or in food production
- Comfortable working with raw meat products
- Ability to lift 35–50lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with flexibility to support different production tasks
