The Role

Working closely with technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate electrical service delivery activities, support field operations, manage scheduling requirements, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinate and schedule reactive maintenance works, service requests, and electrical isolations.
  • Provide support to field technicians, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritise jobs, ensuring timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate technician workloads and assist with day-to-day operational activities. 
  • Prepare client reports and support FRV submission requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical department.
  • Book and coordinate isolations, de-isolations, and reactive works. 
  • Assist with timesheet administration for testing and service technicians.
  • Prepare basic quotations using approved templates.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and service information within company systems.
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate outstanding actions, risks, and service issues as required.
  • Work collaboratively with operational and administration teams to achieve service excellence.
 
Your Education, Experience & Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling, service coordination, administration, or a similar role. 
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping. 
  • The ability to interpret customer requirements and coordinate service outcomes effectively. 
  • Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, technicians, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and job management software systems. 
  • Ability to identify risks, monitor outstanding actions, and escalate issues appropriately. 
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in business administration, facilities management, compliance, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst contributing positively within a team environment. 
  • Experience within the electrical, fire protection, facilities management, or essential services industries will be highly regarded. 
  • Uptick experience would be advantageous. 
  • Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
