About the Role:

The Club Manager, Part Time, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall management of the club to ensure a high-quality experience for all members and guests. This role involves coordinating staff, managing budgets, and maintaining facility standards to promote a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment. The Club Manager will develop and implement programs and events that align with the club’s mission and enhance member satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will handle member relations, address concerns promptly, and foster a positive community atmosphere. Success in this position is measured by operational efficiency, member retention, and the ability to lead a motivated team while working within part-time hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in club management, hospitality, or a related customer service leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse operational tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with members, staff, and vendors.
  • Basic financial acumen to manage budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with membership management software and event planning.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to club facilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict resolution.
  • Certification in hospitality or club management (e.g., Certified Club Manager) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily club operations, including staff scheduling and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and execute member engagement programs and special events to enhance the club experience.
  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the club environment.
  • Recruit, train, and support club staff to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain quality supplies and services.
  • Prepare regular reports on club performance, member feedback, and operational issues for senior management.

The Club Manager will utilize strong organizational skills daily to coordinate staff schedules, manage events, and oversee facility operations efficiently. Communication skills are essential for engaging with members, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
