Growth Marketing Lead
About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 4–6 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing who has successfully scaled social channels and paid acquisition for a technical or gaming-related audience. You should be comfortable building from scratch — setting strategy and executing tactically — with a track record of measurable growth across multiple channels. Bonus points if you've worked in developer tooling, gaming platforms, or marketed to highly technical, discerning audiences.
What you'll do:
Own growth and reach across all channels — target the right people, at the right place, with the right message; partnering with Content to build, execute on, and optimize the acquisition playbook
Grow Bezi's social presence: develop the distribution playbook, build audience, and turn social into a compounding acquisition channel
Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Reddit, and X to drive efficient user acquisition
Own and expand Bezi's organic search presence end-to-end: content SEO, technical SEO, and answer engine optimization
Develop programs to disseminate community-generated content (Discord, user-created games) to the broader game developer community
Build and manage relationships with game developer content creators (YouTubers, LinkedIn voices, X influencers) and incorporate them into campaigns and product launches
Bridge the gap between content, product marketing, and growth — ensuring the right content reaches the right audiences through the right distribution channels
Gather data, fill measurement gaps, and create whatever is needed to identify early opportunities and improve each piece of the growth playbook
Collaborate with sales to support the emerging B2B motion and compound acquisition efforts into revenue
