Overview
The Behavioral Wellness Center at Girard is seeking reliable, professional, and dependable Security Officers to join our team within a behavioral health and substance use treatment facility in Philadelphia.

Security Officers play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and structured hospital environment for patients, employees, and visitors. This position requires individuals who can remain composed under pressure, communicate effectively, respond appropriately to emergencies, and handle challenging situations with professionalism and control.
Candidates with previous hospital security, healthcare security, behavioral health security, security officer, public safety, or law enforcement experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Preference may also be given to candidates who are currently pursuing or have completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, particularly in Criminal Justice, Behavioral Health, Human Services, or a related field.
We also welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and grow within a healthcare security environment.
