Als shopmanager van onze winkel in Wijnegem ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken. Je zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving, stuurt het team aan en draagt bij aan het behalen van de verkoopdoelstellingen. Je bent een inspirerende leider met oog voor detail en deelt graag je passie voor kinderkleding.
Wie ben jij?
- Je bent gemotiveerd en resultaatgericht ingesteld
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding zijn je op het lijf geschreven
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en hecht veel belang aan een goede teamsfeer
- Flexibele werkuren en weekendwerk schrikken je niet af
- Je bent leergierig en onderneemt graag actie, want je job, die own jij!
