Job DetailsJob Location: Guayaquil, Ecuador - Guayaquil, Ecuador, FL 33126POSITION PURPOSE:
Ensure the registration and management changes to policyholders' policies according to the terms in which they will be issued following the internal established parameters.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive, enter, and send to the medical department applications for new businesses or changes within a maximum period of 24 hours.
Follow up on pending information cases
Accept changes to existing policies that do not require medical evaluation. (Discounts, change in payment frequency, change of option/plan)
Manage policy changes
Transfers, changes in new business generated, re-evaluations, policy consolidation, plan changes, deductibles, and inclusion of dependents
Maintain the TAT and improve response times to agencies. Close cases before the application deadline.
QualificationsDESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Analytical person, with experience in customer service, goal-oriented and focused on order and quality. Team player.
Knowledge of the health insurance principles and guidelines
Highly organized and structured
Excellent follow up skills
Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented
Able to work independently
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
Effective communication skills
Strong commitment to service and quality
Bilingual (must be fluent in English and Spanish) - speak, read and write
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Administrative or Business-related degree preferred
Two years of previous experience in insurance companies (desirable)
