You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a merchandising supervisor, which we call a product process team lead. As a merchandising supervisor, you will lead and coach a team of specialists and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

What you’ll do:
Motivate and inspire your team to provide an amazing customer experience by keeping our store clean and organized
Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun!
Oversee store KPI’s (shrink, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety)
Maintain a healthy profit and loss
What we’re looking for:
Full-time availability
2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 15 associates
2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding merchandising goals
Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment

Base pay range
Hourly pay rate: $22.26 - $25.57This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
