Overview
We are recruiting an experienced and highly organised Private & Office Chef to support three senior executives and a fast-growing office environment in Central London.
This is a long-term role focused on health-led, performance-oriented cooking, delivered with consistency, precision and discretion. The position combines private daily meals with structured office dinners twice per week, following a nutritionally disciplined, ingredient-led approach.
The successful chef must have extensive knowledge of nutrition, macros and performance-focused cooking, and be comfortable working closely with both a nutritionist and a PT. The role requires someone who enjoys working within detailed nutritional frameworks while maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Private Cooking (Monday to Friday)
- Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for three individuals.
- Deliver high-quality private meals with strong attention to consistency, portion control and presentation.
- Follow a clean, whole-food approach using fresh ingredients.
- Work from detailed nutritional plans, macro targets and specification sheets.
- Adapt menus in collaboration with the nutritionist and PT as nutritional goals evolve.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation and kitchen management.
- Source the highest quality ingredients and maintain efficient kitchen systems.
Office Dinners (Monday and Wednesday Evenings)
- Prepare dinner for approximately 30 people in an office setting.
- Apply the same nutritional principles used for private meals.
- Ensure meals are balanced, satisfying and appropriate for a professional evening environment.
- Plan and execute efficient service with excellent organisation and timing.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Location: Central London (King's Cross)
- Private cooking: Monday to Friday
- Breakfast: approximately 09:00
- Lunch: midday
- Dinner: approximately 18:30
- Office dinners: Monday and Wednesday evenings
- Primary working location is the office kitchen.
Nutritional Framework & Cooking Style
- Strong focus on health, balance, consistency and macro awareness.
- Lean protein, high vegetable volume and one clean carbohydrate per meal.
- Low-fat, low-sugar cooking methods.
- Grilling, baking, steaming and poaching preferred.
- Fresh Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine.
- No processed foods, sauces or unnecessary ingredients.
- Oils measured rather than free-poured.
- Portion sizes to be consistent and adjusted according to nutritional guidance.
- Comfortable following detailed nutritional specifications.
Engagement & Trials
- Long-term position.
- Initial two-week paid trial period.
- Trial to assess food quality, organisation, nutritional accuracy and overall working style.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of nutrition, macros and clean cooking principles.
- Confident working alongside a nutritionist and PT.
- Comfortable following detailed nutritional plans, specification sheets and portion guidance.
- Experience within private households, senior executive environments or comparable high-standard settings.
- Comfortable preparing both private meals and small-scale group dinners.
- Highly organised, calm and methodical working style.
- Excellent hygiene standards and exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexible and collaborative as nutritional requirements evolve.
- Discreet, professional and reliable.
- Comfortable working within a structured, numbers-led environment.

- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
