As a Porter, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first and lasting impression for our guests. You'll ensure the dealership runs smoothly by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering outstanding service.

Guest Service: Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience.

Vehicle Movement: Safely transport vehicles on and off the lot, to and from service bays, and other areas as required.

Lot Organization: Keep the lot neat and orderly, ensuring vehicles are displayed correctly and accessible.

Cleanliness: Wash, vacuum, and maintain vehicles to ensure they meet Bergstrom’s high standards of presentation.

Facility Maintenance: Assist with keeping the service drive and dealership premises clean and organized.

Support Team Members: Provide assistance to sales, service, and management teams as needed.

Schedule: Ability to commit to 4 to 5 shifts per week, (shifts run 12:00pm to 6:00pm) / Saturday shifts run 7:00am to 1:00pm
Pay starting at $14.00/hour Earn an extra $2.00 per hour worked every Saturday!

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Knowledge: Familiarity with detailing products, tools, and techniques.

Guest Service Orientation: Commitment to delivering a high level of service and quality to our guests.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
