About the Role:
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Temple, TX is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Plumber to join our growing team! In this role, you'll combine your plumbing expertise with strong sales skills to deliver outstanding service and solutions to our valued customers. If you're a skilled plumber who loves building relationships and solving problems, this is the opportunity for you.


Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-home plumbing assessments and present customers with service and repair options
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions, upgrades, or replacements
  • Build rapport with customers to deliver a consultative, needs-based sales experience
  • Complete plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance with quality craftsmanship
  • Accurately prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation
  • Uphold company standards for punctuality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Valid Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master Plumber preferred)
  • Proven experience in residential plumbing service and repair
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to present options and close service agreements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
  • Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude
