Journeyman Plumber (Residential Service)
Full-time | $85,000 - $120,000+ per year (base + commission)

- Diagnose residential plumbing issues accurately and efficiently
- Present good / better / best pricing options clearly so homeowners can choose with confidence
- Install pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves for gas, electric, and tankless water heaters, water treatment systems, and leak detection systems
- Install and repair fixtures such as sinks, faucets, and toilets
- Perform drain cleaning, de-scaling, hydro jetting, and camera inspections
- Perform whole-home plumbing inspections and identify potential issues before they become callbacks
- Install whole-home re-piping systems
- Communicate work orders, invoices, and payments professionally on a company-provided iPad
- Keep your company van clean and organized, inside and out
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every job and build the kind of trust that earns repeat business

Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license
- If you're an unlicensed plumber with years of experience, and can sell or be trained to sell, please apply
- 3-5+ years of verifiable residential service plumbing experience
- Proven experience with drain cleaning, hydro jetting, and camera inspections
- Re-pipe knowledge and expertise a strong plus
- A customer-first brand ambassador: someone whose personality turns a stressful pipe burst into a 5-star experience
- Comfortable presenting tiered pricing options and discussing scope with homeowners
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
