Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed in our fast-paced office. Looking for enthusiasm, honesty, and great attendance. Skills include answering phones, scheduling appointments across several locations, liaising with customers, attention to detail, organizational skills, inventory management, multitasking, basic repairs, and cleaning medical devices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, as well as etiquette and business attire, is a must—full-time hours M - F 8:30 to 4 pm. Pay is commensurate with experience, PLUS A MONTHLY BONUS. We offer Dental, Vision, Vacation and Sick Leave. Medical is available—High School Diploma with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

- Monday to Friday
- Requires some travel time between the Lincoln, NE and Beatrice offices
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
