Our Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in our company and will be responsible for supporting the payroll department. We are looking for an individual who is detail oriented, can work in a fast-paced environment, has prior experience with HR/Payroll ERP, and is skilled in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.

How you will help create a World Without Limits:

Payroll:

· Consolidate bi-weekly payroll file for both exempt and non-exempt employees across 15+ states for payroll processing.

· Processing prior period timesheet corrections, adjustments, late submissions.

· Update payroll file for terminated employees, prior period timesheet corrections, reimbursements, bonuses, etc.

· Cross-check payroll file to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.

· Processing final paychecks for terminations

· Addressing stop payment, direct deposit return and other employee paycheck questions

· Assist with bi-weekly timesheet reports, 401k file submission and errors, etc.

· Perform other payroll, financial or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time.

· Maintain files as needed within the Payroll Department.

· Other duties, as assigned.

Time & Attendance:

· Performing weekly time & attendance review process

· Maintaining timesheet email inbox and ensure emails/calls are being addressed in a timely manner

· Managing employee timesheet follow up/correspondence/reminder emails per review process

· Ensure timesheets are being submitted and processed accurately and timely

· Performing monthly time & attendance audits for open items, discrepancies, adjustments

· Maintaining timesheet late submission/errors tracking log and distributing it bi-weekly

· Working with departments to address timesheet/session issues

· Addressing employee timesheet issues and questions as needed

· Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree required.

· Must be skilled in use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.

· 1 year of payroll and time & attendance experience preferred.

· Prior experience with HR/Payroll ERP, time-tracking systems preferred.

· Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Must be sensitive to deadlines.

· Must be skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.

· Must be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
