Product Management & Marketing Activities:
- Develop and iterate marketing plans for assigned portfolio(s) which include new product launches, product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, tactics, demand forecast, and pricing strategy per Corporate’s guidance
- Create and drive market shaping and market development initiatives to maximize therapy reach
- Collaborate with Health Economics and Outcomes Research team, Medical Affairs and Strategic Marketing to optimize portfolio and address unmet market needs
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing plans through close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, key customers and distributors
- Organise and co-ordinate all aspects of product promotional campaigns and / or participation in 3rd party conferences
- Measure effectiveness of marketing plan and campaigns, and pivot accordingly
- Design and execute digital campaigns
Market Knowledge:
- Possesses thorough understanding of local healthcare policies, and industry and market macrotrends which would impact market access and marketing strategy
- Acquire / demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of competitive landscape, patient journey, buying process required to inform marketing strategy and thereby achieve sustainable profitability
- Conduct or acquire market research for relevant data and information required to validate marketing initiatives
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting process
- Establish and maintain effective and valid product portfolio forecasting
- Manage and optimize resource allocation i.e., assigned expense budget for marketing activities for assigned Divisional product portfolios
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Develop and maintain superior product knowledge and provide regular product training to sales team and customers
- Maintain high level of sales competency through regular product training and develop and enhance sales team’s clinical selling skills to communicate product value propositions effectively
Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with Divisional marketing, sales organization, marketing agencies to implement the marketing & branding activities
- Establish professional relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to ensure high level of customer centricity in marketing plans
Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or industry-related discipline (MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing in medical device industry, in demonstrating strategic thinking and successful implementation of marketing strategies
- Prior sales experience in Peripheral Vascular/Arterial Portfolio is required
- Possesses strong drive to succeed, reflected by proven track record
- Experience working with distributors would be an advantage
- Possesses strong business acumen and excellent presentation skills (both oral and written)
- Able to undertake at least 40% travel
