Job Description

1. Business Development & Account Management

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned hospitals and healthcare institutions.

  • Identify opportunities to expand TTM adoption within ICU, Neuro ICU, Cath Lab, Emergency Department, and Cardiac Centers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

  • Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.

  • Achieve revenue, market share, and growth targets in the assigned territory.

  • Support tender, quotation, and contract negotiation processes.

2. Clinical Solution Selling

  • Promote evidence-based use of TTM therapy and its impact on patient outcomes.

  • Educate healthcare professionals on:

    • Post Cardiac Arrest Care

    • Neuroprotection Strategies

    • Fever Management

    • Neurocritical Care Pathways

    • Temperature Management Protocols

  • Facilitate clinical discussions, workshops, and product evaluations.

  • Support hospitals in developing and implementing TTM treatment protocols.

  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical champions.

3. Technical Support & Product Expertise

  • Serve as the technical expert for BD TTM systems.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and user training.

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical support.

  • Ensure proper utilization and competency of clinical users.

  • Work closely with service engineers to ensure equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications, features, and technological advancements.

4. Distributor & Channel Management

  • Partner with distributors to drive demand generation activities.

  • Coach distributor sales teams on product positioning and clinical value.

  • Conduct joint customer visits and business reviews.

  • Monitor distributor performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Ensure effective execution of BD commercial strategies.

5. Forecasting & Market Intelligence

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.

  • Provide insights for demand planning and SIOP processes.

  • Identify opportunities for business expansion within critical care and temperature management markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related healthcare field.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in medical device sales, sales engineering, or account management.

  • Experience in ICU, critical care, cardiovascular, neurocritical care, or capital equipment sales is preferred.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to interpret clinical evidence and translate it into customer value.

  • Proven ability to manage complex hospital stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
