Job Description

Function and responsibilities

1. Create and maintain high-quality documentation that covers various aspects of Device Master Records (DMR) for existing and new product introductions.
2. Initiate and submit of manufacturing documentation to comply BD Reynosa QMS and Division Design Center Quality System.
3. Initiate and submit Change Requests (CR) in Master Control or applicable EDMS.
4. Supports Engineering activities for Sustaining and New Product Introduction.
5. Supports Validation Activities for any new /or existing product/processes.
6. Develop product DMR (Assembly drawings, BOMs, Routing, Manufacturing Procedures, Component/Assembly Item Master & Inspection Procedures, etc.) as require per the project deliverable.
7. Initiate change requests (CR) pertaining to the QMS documentation and Project Deliverables.
8. Develop, execute and report results of:
• Special Production Orders (SPO) for new and/or existing products.
• Installation Qualification (IQ) for new or existing processes as required by the project owner.
9. Supports on developing Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols, execute and report results as required by the project owner.
10. Develop and creating new tooling design.
11. Provide support on Engineering Study and reporting Lab Book Results.
12. Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred, or Highschool diploma plus 3 years of experience in Manufacturing environment.
2. 1 year of experience in Manufacturing environment.

3. Customer service oriented, high initiative.
4. Teamwork, dynamic, proactive, responsible, positive attitude and self-driven.
5. Positive attitude with good interpersonal and organizational skills, proficient, ability to solve problems.
6. Effective oral and written communication skills, English preferred.
