Job Description
About the Role
Dynamic Sales Associate to drive sales of our Vacutainer range across hospitals, diagnostic labs, nursing homes and distributors in Bihar & Jharkhand. The role involves field sales, relationship building with lab owners/pathologists and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for Vacutainer products
- Develop new accounts and maintain existing customers across labs, hospitals, and distributors
2. Market Development
- Visit path labs, hospitals, nursing homes, blood banks to promote Vacutainer range
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate staff on proper blood collection techniques
3. Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with pathologists, lab technicians, purchase managers
- Handle customer queries, complaints and ensure timely resolution
4. Distribution Management
- Work with existing distributors and appoint new distributors in uncovered territories
- Monitor stock, secondary sales, and prevent stock-outs
5. Reporting & Admin
- Daily field reporting on SFDC
- Competitor tracking, market feedback and new product opportunities
- Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch and billing
