The Role

As Beanfield scales the digital ecosystem, we are looking for an innovative-enabler as Manager of Digital Operations to lead and manage our digital adoptions. This is not a traditional IT support role; it is a strategic position designed to bridge the gap between our business units and our digital ecosystem.

You will be a leader within a group that oversees our enterprise digital portfolio, ensuring our tools are integrated, secure, cost-optimized, and most importantly, empowering our employees to do their best work.

What You’ll Do

Application Lifecycle & Support

  • User Provisioning: Building out the automated workflows for onboarding and offboarding employees so they have access to the right tools on Day 1.

  • Technical Support: Acting as internal SME to manage and resolve any issue raised by internal users; escalate the vendors’ support if necessary.

  • Vendor Operations: Managing the day-to-day tickets and technical updates pushed out by SaaS/software providers.

Strategic Governance & Financial Optimization

  • SaaS Rationalization: Auditing usage data to hunt down "zombie accounts" (paid licenses not being used) and reclaiming them.

  • Contract & Renewal Management: Keeping a proactive 12-month calendar of all software renewals and leading the renegotiation strategy to optimize contract sizes.

  • Source of Truth Systems: Build and maintain the definitive “Source of Truth” for all software assets across the portfolio.

Automation & Integration

  • Data Integration: Design and implement automated workflows between disparate systems

  • Data Integrity: Ensuring that data defined in one system (like an employee name in HRIS) updates correctly across all connected business applications.

  • Reducing Manual Work: Actively hunting for manual processes within business units and replaces them with systemic automations.

Business Unit Consultation & Training

  • Internal Advisory: Meeting with business leaders to understand their upcoming projects and helping them select the right technology from our existing stack before they buy something new.

  • The "Intake" Process: Managing the gatekeeping workflow where BUs request new software, ensuring it doesn't duplicate existing capabilities.

Security, Compliance & Identity Management

  • Identity Management: Partnering with the security team to ensure all new and current applications are hooked up to Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

  • Vendor Vetting: Reviewing the security posture (SOC2 reports, GDPR compliance) of any new tool a business unit wants to bring into the ecosystem

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in Business Systems, IT Operations, or SaaS-Ops. You have managed a diverse portfolio of applications.

  • Strong understanding of API integrations, SSO/SAML, and automated provisioning. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Ironclad, Asana and Yesware is a major plus.

  • You are naturally bothered by inefficiency. You would rather spend two hours automating a task than ten minutes doing it manually every week.

  • Ability to explain a technical integration to a Marketing Manager and a budget variance to a CFO with equal clarity.

  • Comfortable navigating software contracts and pushing back on vendors to get the best terms for the company.

What’s in it for you

  • A united, values-driven culture that genuinely cares about people, collaboration, and community.

  • A comprehensive total rewards package, including Traditional Spending Account (TSA) and Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) coverage to support your physical, mental, and financial well-being.

  • An additional five (5) personal care days, giving you extra flexibility to recharge, reset, or take care of what matters most.

At Beanfield, we’re proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.

We believe that diverse teams make stronger teams. No matter your background, experience, or life story, if you meet the requirements for this role, we want to hear from you.
