What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and oversee medical care for individuals with diverse healthcare needs
  • Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as ordered
  • Complete assessments and monitor ongoing health concerns
  • Educate and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on medical care and equipment
  • Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with state regulations and best practices
  • Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and medical training initiatives

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Active RN license (2+ years of nursing experience preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
