Order Management (Investment) Officer

Responsibilities: 

1. Processing of investments orders (buy, sell, maturities, pretermination).

   1. Encodes/Approves investments orders.

   2. Reviews compliance to investments orders processing requirements.

1. Processing of asset transfer (incoming/outgoing).

   1. Encodes/Approves asset transfer orders.

   2. Reviews compliance to asset transfer order processing requirements.

1. Processing of inter-portfolio transfer.

   1. Encodes/Approves inter-portfolio transfer orders.

   2. Reviews compliance to inter-portfolio transfer order processing requirements.

Others

1. Prepares and Liaises with internal/external parties/examination/inquiries (ie Audit, Compliance, Regulatory).

2. Monitor compliance to policies/guidelines/directives.

3. Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

• 3-5 years work experience in Trust, Wealth, Banking or any Financial Institution is an advantage
