Job Summary

Responsible for incident response, availability, performance, efficiency, change & problem management and capacity planning of all production environment that the team supports.
 
 
Key responsibilities:
 
▪ Incident Response, isolation and troubleshooting
 
▪ Perform root cause and problem analysis
 
▪ Provide findings and recommendation to resolve an incident or recurring issues
 
▪ Implement change in accordance to the standards in operations guidelines and policies
 
▪ Monitor and manage all production systems in scope
 
▪ Ensure availability and performance using available tools / scripts
 
▪ Identify automation opportunity and contribute to work efficiency
 
▪ Conduct capacity planning and preventive maintenance
 
 
Qualifications:
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
  • At least 4-5 years experience in IT
  • At least 1 year exposure to infrastructure support
  • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
