You won't find a pay plan better than ours! We are currently searching for a New and Pre Owned Car Sales Associate who has a high level of integrity, is hardworking and motivated to join our team. 

Position Summary:

Position: Car Sales Associate (New or Used)

Classification: Full Time; Exempt (Commission Base)                                                                                     

Reports To: General Manager

Work Location: In person; 225 Hwy, Pasadena TX 

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Stay up to date on current inventory, promotions, and vehicle features
• Conduct test drives and explain product performance, application, and benefits
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively
• Follow up with leads and maintain a customer database
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills

Relevant Work Experience & Other Requirements:

• Must meet dealerships requirements for employment which include background check and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable based on driving record.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to sit, stand, and/ or walk for extended periods of time
