Bayview Physicians Group is seeking a skilled EMT-Intermediate (EMT-I), EMT-Advanced (EMT-A), or Paramedic (EMT-P) to join our Urgent Care team. Working under the direction of our Urgent Care Physicians, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist providers with invasive and non-invasive procedures, including EKGs, IV insertions, and phlebotomy
  • Deliver safe, age-appropriate care across the lifespan
  • Collect, document, and interpret patient data to support clinical decision-making
  • Maintain a safe, efficient patient care environment
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure excellent patient experiences


What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of an approved EMT-I, EMT-A, or Paramedic program (military medical experience considered)
  • Current Virginia or National Registry EMT-I, EMT-A, or EMT-P certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • One (1) year of field experience preferred, not required
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
