Job Summary:
The Data Architect / BI Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s Business Intelligence systems and reporting tools.
This position will also assist with the design and implementation of enterprise data & business intelligence infrastructure & architecture, while working collaboratively with leadership, end-users, & subject matter experts to create advanced data, integration, & business intelligence solutions that are accessible, scalable, and secure.
This is an exempt positon.
Essential Functions of the Position:

Assists with the design, implementation, & support of the organization’s enterprise data infrastructure and architecture

Collaborate across the organization to determine & standardize a relevant data collection and aggregation strategy, data warehouse, and transactional data repository approach

Develops database solutions for SQL Server, including creating tables, stored procedures, custom user-defined functions, triggers, and indexes

Assists with the implementation and use of new BI reporting/dashboard tools.

Design & build custom data visualization solutions

Develop & implement automated integration processes to support interoperability between internal and external systems

Manages the design and delivery of end-user training, best practices and training materials

On-going support of existing systems & applications

Maintain knowledge of curret research, trends, technology, and best practices related to data management, data warehousing, & business intelligence

Ability to analyze user requirements, make recommendations, and implement solutions

Conduct research and make recommendations on BI & data management products, services, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.

Assist with special projects (as necessary)
Requirements for the Position:

Experience with BI tools, enterprise data architecture, design and implementation on the Microsoft platform

Experience with web services and API based development

Pay Range: $86,000-$90,000

KEY PROGRAMS INCLUDE:
Community residential and day programs for people with developmental disabilities, including those with high-risk medical and psychiatric needs.
Adult Community Clinical Services for people with serious mental illness, featuring community residential programs, employment services, case management, clubhouse, and peer support services.
Congregate and transitional housing for formerly homeless seniors, and a day shelter for homeless seniors.
Comprehensive addiction treatment programs: detoxification, clinical stabilization, short and long-term residential treatment, and an outpatient methadone clinic.
Homelessness/addiction programs: an overnight shelter, seasonal warming center, street outreach team, and supported housing with in-reach services for chronically homeless adults.
Behavioral Health Integration services: a state-funded Community Behavioral Health Clinic and two federally funded Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (in Boston and Cape Cod), integrating substance use and mental health services.
Community Partner and Health Home services for people with serious mental illness or long-term support needs, aiming to improve health outcomes through integrated healthcare and behavioral healthcare services.
Early Intervention Program promoting optimal development for children under three who are developmentally delayed, have a known disabling condition, or are at risk due to biological or environmental factors.
