Schedules: 5:00pm-10:00pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service Support person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input data from various sources into company databases or systems.
Verify and review entered data for accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain files to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
Handle confidential information responsibly and in compliance with company policies.
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and quality.
Generate reports and summaries as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Schedule
Typical work hours are 5PM-10PM Monday through Friday.
