The Global Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, team members, customers, and global inquiries, delivering a professional and customer-focused experience that reflects the company's brand and values while also managing front desk operations. This role provides cross-functional administrative support across multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. This individual acts as a central resource and connector within the organization, proactively coordinating communications, supporting internal initiatives, and ensuring inquiries and requests are directed efficiently and accurately throughout the business. This is a part-time position and a great opportunity for individuals who have taken time out of the workforce or are just beginning their career.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary receptionist for the local facility, greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing general office communications
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused front office environment
- Coordinate incoming mail, packages, and other office-related administrative tasks
- Maintain the company directory to ensure accurate employee and departmental contact information
- Order food and catering, and coordinate with the café for meetings, events, and company activities as needed
- Print and prepare Assembly Parts books and related materials for the Assembly team
- Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to receptionist and administrative responsibilities
- Train and support daily substitutes and backup coverage personnel during planned or unplanned absences, and support team member engagement activities and event planning as needed
Required Education and Work Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be personable and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people

The approximate pay range for this position is $24-29/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
