To execute and lead a creative vision to support Baptist Health‘s marketing communication initiatives, ideation, concepting and executing campaigns, managing the work of a graphic design and creative services team across multi-media executions and digital platforms. Estimated salary range for this position is $91132.84 - $118472.69 / year depending on experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can turn business and marketing goals into impactful creative work, while also leading and mentoring designers and other creative talent to help them grow and develop their skills.

  • Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications:

  • At least seven years of relevant experience supported by strong portfolio.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating and executing concepts across multiple media platforms, including video, online, print, and dimensional formats.
  • Must have working knowledge of developing original photography (assignment and art direction) and illustration (assignment and art direction).
  • Proven successful background managing and mentoring a team of designers, copywriters, and production staff.
  • Must have a strong visual point-of-view for the current state and future state of marketing communications.
  • At least seven years of relevant experience supported by strong portfolio.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in executing concepts across multiple media platforms, including video, online, print, and dimensional formats.
  • Must have working knowledge of developing original photography (assignment and art direction) and illustration (assignment and art direction).
  • Proven successful background managing and mentoring a team of designers, copywriters, and production staff.
  • Must have a strong visual point-of-view for the current state and future state of marketing communications.
  • Maintains demonstrated competency in the use of AI tools to enhance work quality, productivity, and efficiency; appropriately incorporates AI into daily responsibilities while exercising required human judgment, oversight, and adherence to all Baptist Health standards and policies.
