About this role

  • Understand loan structure and loan documentation.
  • Prepare loan documentation for Commercial Real Estate Loan, C & I Loan, Consumer Loans, and SBA loan.
  • Prepare/Validate Loan closing and funding in accordance with loan conditions and requirements.
  • Process loan boarding in accordance with loan conditions and requirement for new loans including renewals, extensions, modification, and structures of complicated loans.
  • Follow-up loan collateral & original signed loan documentation
  • Upload final signed loan documentation including CCR (or CCM) into Global Wave (GW).
  • Clear daily non-post accounts/General Ledger balance/Wire account.
  • Understand loan accounting system to perform boarding of new, renewals, extensions, restructures, and other changes and maintain accuracy of loan system.
  • Process loan/general ledger tickets using online posting system modules (TMS and/or Block-Infra) for funding and fee related.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system / processing issues.
  • Assist Loan Originations staff as needed.
  • Attend trainings and seminars as assigned for continuing education.

Skills

  • Required: Knowledgeable in Loan Operations policies and procedures.
  • Required: Knowledgeable in banking, regulations and State/Federal Regulations.
  • Required: Extensive knowledge in Laserpro and Fiserv System (core system).
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
    • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints.
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel, departments, and customers.
  • Reasoning Skills:
    • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
    • Ability to identify problems and develop solutions when needed.
    • Ability to think critically.
  • Computer Skills:
    • Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
    • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

 

The salary range for this full-time position is $25.00 - $30.00 hourly + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
