Thirteen Bar and Restaurant, located in Verona, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Steward! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Position Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen equipment, service ware, and back-of-house areas. This role supports kitchen efficiency by ensuring a continuous flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware during high-volume service periods.

Core Responsibilities
  • Operate dish machine safely and efficiently according to sanitation standards.
  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
  • Maintain clean and organized dish and storage areas.
  • Remove trash and recycling regularly to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist with light cleaning duties including floors, mats, drains, and surfaces.
  • Support kitchen team during peak service with urgency and focus.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at all times.
  • Work with urgency during high-volume service.
  • Support overall kitchen efficiency and team success.
  • Adhere strictly to sanitation and safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
