Entertainment powerhouse, combining the strengths of an established content
group with our pioneering capabilities.
Role Overview
The BWS Special Projects Unit oversees BWS’s long-standing projects while leading the development and
pre-production of new show formats, emotional masterplanning, and attraction
concepts. The Unit operates across multiple disciplines, including:
- Live
events and ceremonies
- Ticketed
shows, based on original IP
- Architecture
and design of theatres and public spaces
- Temporary
and permanent artistic installations and exhibitions

earliest conceptual stage, guiding it from an abstract opportunity into a fully
realized production. Through a step-by-step process, we transform visionary
ideas into tangible, impactful experiences.
The Senior Creative
Producer plays a key role within the Creative
Department, reporting to the Special
Projects Business Unit Director and working closely with the Project
Creative Leader. This position ensures the seamless
execution of creative projects by overseeing talent
selection, onboarding, creative development, and content production across both bid and execution phases.
The primary responsibility is to uphold the quality and
creative vision of the company, ensuring the BWS
vision is successfully realized, whether during bid
development or project delivery.
This role requires an organized,
solution-oriented professional with a strong
creative mindset. The Senior Creative Producer must build and lead a world-class creative team,
fostering cultural awareness, innovation, and sensitivity to diverse projects, ultimately delivering memorable
experiences.
Candidates should have experience managing multiple,
simultaneous projects of varying complexity and budgets while
maintaining industry best practices and creative standards.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development & Supervision
· Oversee
the creative development of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with BWS’s
creative vision and the company’s standards.
· Ensure
that creative output meets the expectations of both the Creative
Director and the client.
· Provide
direction and, when necessary, intervene to align work with company objectives,
including budgetary constraints.
· Supervise
the creation of presentations, content, and creative materials for projects.
· Guide Creative Teams and Creative
Coordinators in projects where direct involvement is required.
· Lead
and coordinate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to
foster innovation and originality.
· Coordinate
workflows across internal teams and external freelancers.
· Collaborate
closely with Project Management and Producers to establish
and maintain clear expectations and deliverables for on-time execution.
· Provide Scope of Work (SOW) and required information for talent
and third-party negotiations.
· Maintain ongoing project budgets and
track financial progress.
· Liaise
with procurement to onboard freelance
contributors and vendors, ensuring timely
payments.
· Work
with the travel team to arrange and
oversee all production-related travel (flights, hotels, etc.).
· Coordinate
with studio management and internal teams to
optimize resource allocation and planning.
· Lead
and draft workflow processes for
the creative team, ensuring smooth
operations.
· Ensure
key project information and updates are properly circulated to all stakeholders.
· Identify,
inspire, and lead creative talents (both in-house and freelance) to foster innovation and
originality.
· Conduct
research to support creative direction based on project needs.
· Liaise
with clients to understand their needs and
propose creative solutions that
align with the project’s vision.
