We are seeking a skilled and passionate Change & Comms Deployment Manager for the Project. The individual will be a transformation professional, with a strong and demonstrable experience delivering large, multi-year, technology-enabled business critical transformations. The Change & Comms Deployment Manager is overall responsible for managing critical change management interventions across our operations, covering stakeholder engagement, engagement tracking, impact assessments and the change management plan the intent of minimising business disruption and supporting the effective introduction of S4 Hana across the business to an engaged stakeholder group. Critically, this role will be heavily ‘on the ground’ in operational sites, to work directly with business stakeholders and change champions to drive confidence and adoption of the S4 solution. The role will also work directly with the Programme Director and Change and Comms lead on driving a positive culture through the Vision Programme team through events and other culture interventions. As a dynamic, self-starter, the individual will have the ability to communicate with, and influence senior stakeholders, and build critical relationships in the business to foster high degrees of trust and collaboration.
