Responsibilities:

Responsibilities • Design and develop engaging visual content for internal communication channels, including graphics, infographics, banners, presentations, social media assets, and multimedia content. • Create and edit video content to support internal communications, campaigns, events, webcasts, and leadership initiatives. • Develop visual assets by sourcing, creating, editing, and adapting images while ensuring consistency with firm branding and design standards. • Support the publishing, maintenance, and administration of content across the firm's intranet and other digital communication platforms. • Assist with the creation, testing, and deployment of email communications, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to communication standards. • Collaborate with communications and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative, high-quality communication materials. • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Troubleshoot basic publishing and platform-related issues, maintain communication templates, and support continuous improvements to digital communication processes. • Stay current with emerging design trends, communication technologies, and AI-enabled creative tools to continuously enhance content quality and team capabilities. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required. • 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, corporate communications, or a related creative role. • Demonstrable expertise in graphic design and video editing, supported by a strong creative portfolio. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint (including slide masters, layouts, and presentation formatting) and Microsoft Word. • Experience creating visual assets for digital communication channels, including presentations, email communications, social media, and internal campaigns. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-enabled content creation tools and evolving digital communication platforms.
