Job Description:

Responsibilities • Conduct preliminary market and business research, including competitive landscapes, go-to-market strategies, industry trends, company profiling, prospect identification, and news monitoring to support Market Intelligence projects. • Leverage and build expertise in research platforms such as ZoomInfo, PitchBook, CB Insights, IBISWorld, Muck Rack, and other relevant tools to deliver high-quality research outputs. • Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, and data enrichment technologies to enhance research workflows, productivity, and deliverable quality. • Collaborate closely with Market Intelligence consultants to develop tailored research deliverables that meet project objectives and stakeholder requirements. • Support the maintenance, enhancement, and creation of Power BI dashboards and internal visualizations to improve reporting, research visibility, and decision-making. • Assist with data extraction, analysis, reporting, and visualization by transforming research findings into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to automate research processes and workflow using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Pardot, and other workflow automation solutions to improve efficiency and consistency. • Support the Operations Manager with reporting, strategic initiatives, process improvement projects, and the implementation of operational best practices. • Continuously research and evaluate emerging Market Intelligence tools, technologies, and methodologies, recommending improvements that enhance team productivity, research capabilities, and operational excellence. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required. Experience in B2B marketing or professional services preferred. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in market research, business research and intelligence, or a related analytical role. • Experience with research platforms such as ZoomInfo, Pitchbook, CB Insights, IBISWorld, Muck Rack, or similar tools preferred. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, SharePoint, and data visualization tools. • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously. • Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams while also working independently. • Experience with AI-enabled research tools and workflow automation is preferred.
