As DevOps Engineering professional, you will be responsible for:
• Defining and maintaining the North Star for CI/CD and platform workflows (source control, pipelines, artifact management, environments), emphasizing reliability, repeatability, and developer experience.
•Standardizing CI/CD using Azure Pipelines; create reusable workflows and accelerate delivery for legacy products CI/CD as well as platform workflows.
•Leading modernization of build and deploy processes to containers and managed compute (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) where applicable.
•Embedding DevSecOps by integrating SAST/SCA (e.g., Fortify, Black Duck) and quality gates (SonarQube) into the pipelines to shift security left.
•Establishing platform architecture principles and guardrails for scalability, security, and operability; document golden paths and reference implementations.
•Driving Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (modular, DRY patterns) and Ansible; promote GitOps workflows for environment provisioning and change control.
•Defining standards for observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), SLOs, and incident response; partner with teams to implement metrics-first operations.
•Establishing platform architecture principles and guardrails for scalability, security, and operability; document golden paths and reference implementations.
•Driving Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (modular, DRY patterns) and Ansible; promote GitOps workflows for environment provisioning and change control.
•Defining standards for observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), SLOs, and incident response; partner with teams to implement metrics-first operations.
•Mentoring DevOps and product team engineers; conduct PR reviews for new components and microservice build scripts; and coach teams on platform CI/CD best practices and secure-by-default delivery.
•Collaborating with Product Management on roadmap alignment, with Security to codify controls, and with QA/Release to streamline testing and release orchestration (e.g., automated tester notifications).
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
•Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
•Have a minimum of 0–5 years of experience across DevOps/Platform/SRE, including leading CI/CD standardization and modernization initiatives in multi-team environments.
•Able to demonstrate achievements improving deployment speed, cost efficiency, and reliability through automation, container platforms, and managed services on AWS.
•Have experience in CI/CD: Azure Pipelines; reusable workflows; build automation; approvals and notifications.
•Have experience in Cloud & IaC: AWS (core services), Terraform (modular patterns), Ansible; Azure Devops based environment provisioning and policy-as-code.
•Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS); packaging, deployment.
•Have experience in Security & Quality: Fortify, GHAS, Black Duck, SonarQube; SAST/SCA integration and quality gates in CI/CD.
•Have experience in Observability: Prometheus, Grafana; metrics/SLOs, alerting, and runbooks for production readiness.
•Able to do Scripting/OS: Python, Bash; Linux, Windows, macOS (build and runtime contexts).
