About this role
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Surf Park Operations Executive to support the daily operations of Bahrain Surf Park – Club Hawaii Experience. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and world-class surfing experience for guests while maintaining high operational standards. This role involves coordinating with the operations team, monitoring guest activities, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or recreational facilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
