Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and required resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from onboarding through software handover.
• Align project objectives and scope with client expectations, proactively managing changes, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and key updates to clients and senior stakeholders through meetings, reports, and email.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, IT, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support client onboarding by gathering requirements, coordinating deliverables, conducting software walkthroughs, and facilitating client training.
• Review and respond to client queries within agreed turnaround times and service standards.
• Monitor developments and trends in ESG reporting requirements across relevant markets and jurisdictions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ESG products, processes, and workflows in collaboration with colleagues across the organization.
• Take ownership of project and production targets, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
• Contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Development/Relations, Social Sciences, Interdisciplinary Studies, or a related field.
• A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, International Human Rights, or a related discipline is an advantage but not required.

Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within SaaS or technology environments.
• Proven experience managing client-facing projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience developing and managing Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope, costs, timelines, and change requests.
• Strong experience in risk and issue management, including proactively identifying, documenting, mitigating, and escalating project risks.
• Experience managing B2B software, ERP, CRM, or specialized SaaS implementations from project kick-off through Go-Live is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate project status, risks, and complex technical matters clearly to both technical teams and senior-level clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams and resolve internal or external conflicts effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to respond effectively to unexpected technical challenges or client-side constraints.
• Working knowledge of ESG reporting requirements, such as annual and sustainability reporting.
• Experience communicating with issuers/clients and working with teams across different geographies is preferred.

• Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, research, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working under pressure and meeting daily and weekly deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• ESG-related certifications or knowledge of international reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, or SASB are an advantage but not required
