What you will do:
Lead country operations in Hungary and ensure accurate, on-time delivery across the full deal life cycle
Manage, coach and support the local operations team while fostering collaboration and development
Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, settlement and operational controls for Power and Gas activities
Act as the key connection between the Hungarian business and central functions such as Risk, Accounting, Logistics and IT
Analyse new business requests, assess operational impacts and coordinate implementation with relevant teams
Drive continuous improvement of processes, quality controls, KPIs and operational documentation
What you bring & who you are:
10+ years of experience in operations, finance, accounting or energy markets, ideally within energy trading, supply or financial services
Several years of leadership experience with a collaborative and people-focused approach
Strong understanding of Gas and Power markets, ideally across Europe and South East Europe
Experience with invoicing, settlement, reconciliation and operational process management
Confident communication skills in English and Hungarian; additional European languages are an advantage
Analytical, organized and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
