About this role

About the Role:

The Graduate Intern will participate in a rotational internship program designed to provide exposure to various functions within the organization. During the internship, the individual will work across departments such as Production, PEM, Supply Chain, Estimation, Quality, and other functions as required, gaining hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support day-to-day activities within assigned departments. 
  • Rotate across different functional areas during the internship to gain exposure to various business and manufacturing processes. 
  • Assist in production, maintenance, supply chain, estimation, quality, and other operational activities as assigned. 
  • Participate in departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting activities. 
  • Maintain records, reports, and ERP transactions as required. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives. 
  • Learn and apply organizational procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. 
  • Support planning, execution, monitoring, and follow-up of assigned tasks. 
  • Undertake special assignments and projects based on business requirements. 
  • Demonstrate adaptability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn across multiple functions.

Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site). 



Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or related disciplines. 
  • Basic understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities. 
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
