About the Role:
The Assistant Manager – Administration & Safety will be responsible for managing plant administration, facility management, statutory compliance, workplace safety, security, and employee support services. The role will ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained work environment while coordinating with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to support smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage housekeeping, security, transportation, canteen, and facility maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and support audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Manage visitor coordination, hospitality arrangements, and administrative support functions.
- Maintain safety, compliance, and administration-related records and reports.
Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site)
Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, Safety, or related functions in a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance, safety practices, and facility management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent.
- Experience working with regulatory authorities and managing audits.
- Proficiency in Telugu along with English and/or Hindi.
- Military veteran / ex-servicemen background with experience in administration, security, safety, or facility management.
