【職務内容/ Job Description】
提携事業営業企画Gは、他生保との提携ビジネスを通じて、アクサ生命の成長に大きく貢献できる可能性がある部署です。その業務の遂行においては、ディストリビューション・IT・カスタマーサービス・商品開発等の社内各部門にとどまらず提携先本社部門とも協働するため、会社業務全般に関する専門性の高い知識や高い業務遂行能力を身につけることができます。1 提携ビジネスの事務企画・業務インフラ構築 （各種マニュアル・ツールの企画・開発/各種システム・データインフラの保守・管理・利用/帳票物流インフラ管理/各種プロジェクト参画など）2 営業推進 （販売施策の企画・実行・分析/研修教材作成など）3 業績管理・レポーティング （営業予算の策定・トラッキング/社内業績レポーティング）
【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】
1．生命保険会社の本社/本部での実務経験2．中級以上のPCスキル(Excel/Word/Power Point)
※Excel(関数/ピボットテーブル/データ利用)3．生保関連知識(商品・法令)4. 社内外の関係者とのコミュニケーションスキル5．生命保険営業経験があれば尚可6．募集資料/研修教材制作経験があれば尚可
【待遇/ Condition】
【賃金】現年収、能力、経験に応じて当社規定により優遇【勤務時間】9:00～17:00（休憩12:00～13:00）在宅勤務あり
【勤務地/ Work Location】
（雇入れ直後）白金本社（変更の範囲）会社の定める就業場所へ異動を命じることがある。
