Manager, Distribution Projects (3 years contract)

About the Role:

This role supports the development and execution of strategic distribution initiatives that enhance customer engagement and business growth. Working closely with cross-functional business teams and distribution management, you will help translate business strategies into practical frontline solutions, drive adoption of digital capabilities, ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively and deliver sustainable business value and positive customer outcomes.

Major Responsibilities: 

• Partner with business stakeholders and distribution management to translate customer and business initiatives into practical solutions that can be effectively adopted by frontline distribution teams.
• Coordinate the planning and delivery of distributor-facing digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes, customer journeys and frontline needs.
• Develop playbooks, engagement approaches and communication materials to support the successful rollout of strategic initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
• Drive engagement and change adoption through structured communications, training and activation activities.
• Monitor adoption, usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and improved business outcomes.
• Gather frontline feedback and customer insights to continuously enhance business initiatives, digital capabilities and the overall customer and distributor experience.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years' experience in insurance distribution, business development, sales enablement, business transformation or project management.
• Experience working on cross-functional business initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in digital transformation or deployment of sales enablement platforms under insurance distribution is an advantage.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and change management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
